*We are all just trying to find similar kindred spirits, so that we’re less alone in the world.

Fitting in vs….finding community?

Changing yourself to blend into an existing community vs finding the right community and feeling part of them

*Asian people in Asia are largely still at a point of societal development where they’re relishing in their increased purchasing power, but not yet it seems, in wanting more than just what money will buy. When will Asians begin wanting more?

   Things that come to mind include innovation, collective prosperity, community over materialism 

If everyone is staring at their phones, then do we become a big group that’s just communicating with each other via phones?

    Does this end up inhibiting our ability to communicate in real life with body language? 

On the mtr going to work, and almost everyone is staring at their phone…..is this a reality and a society that we feel comfortable bringing a child into?

  I was warning the ECB Forum last night on CNBC, and the Brazil central bank governor said his biggest worry is the effects of social media on our society. I’d largely agree.
